Enjoying the little perks of working at LOCCA Cafe Elmina. 🍳

Today’s Big Breakfast came with a few rebels…. the English breakfast sausage decided to roll away, and the streaky beef cuts weren’t exactly camera-ready. 😅

So naturally… they became my breakfast instead. 🤣

What you see here is still the same generous serving we serve at LOCCA Cafe Elmina

Come try our Big Breakfast at LOCCA Café Elmina anytime. 🍳🥓☕️
What you see is what you get. 💚

Things you don’t see when you visit a café. ☕️

Today, we’re cleaning the air-conditioning. 😅

Not exactly the most exciting part of running a café, but keeping LOCCA clean, cool and comfortable is part of taking care of our customers.

The coffee and meal gets the attention.
The maintenance keeps everything running. ☕❄️

And after all that, I ended the day experimenting with a new drink I’m calling:

🍓 Berry-“Cascara” Aerocino

Made with Ethiopia Natural Slow Dry, light-medium roast. A little experiment exploring how berry-like notes can come together with a creamy, airy texture with “cascara” replacement using available options.

Not everything we experiment with makes it to the menu. Some are simply part of the journey of learning, tasting and creating.
