Our chef, who has more than 20 years of experience, finds joy in matching ingredients to create his own recipes and concocts his stocks and sauces entirely from scratch. Not just imitations of non-vegetarian tastes, the dishes are great food in their own right, made from quality export-grade ingredients. Signature dishes include the Almond Flakes Mushroom (3 types) with Ginger Condiment and Salad Creamy Butter and Custard White Mushroom fried to a golden crisp, Kung Po Tofu with Chef's special homemade sauce, as well as Crispy & Stir Kailan, crunchy, deep-fried Kailan leaves served alongside flavourful stir-fried and sauteed stems. Our restaurants is also one of the only places in Kota Kemuning where you can find yummy healthy double boiled soup - old cucumber, black bean, lotus root and cooling watercress.
