One year of Mochi Strawberry Cake 🍓
It’s been a year since we first introduced our Mochi Strawberry Cake, and honestly… we think we’ve probably served more than 5,000 slices by now (which still feels a little unreal).
To everyone who has loved this cake, ordered it for birthdays, brought friends over for it, or simply kept coming back — thank you so much.
Of course, we still mess up sometimes. Some days the mochi isn’t quite right, some days the cake isn’t exactly how we wanted it to be. But we’re also really thankful for all the customers who kindly point things out to us, because it gives us the chance to improve and make changes immediately.
This cake has taken us on quite a journey. It pushed us out of our comfort zone, taught us a lot, and helped us discover the kind of bakers we want to become.
