這個週末17/5，將會是「夏樂」最後一個營業週末。 之後，我們就要正式「畢業功退」啦！

回首這段日子，我們的心裡充滿了滿滿的感激。謝謝每一位山打根人給予我們的熱愛，更謝謝一路走來陪伴與支持我們的所有朋友。是你們的每一次光臨、每一個微笑，讓夏樂的故事如此精彩且充滿溫度。

天下沒有不散的筵席，雖然我們即將告別，但「夏樂」的精神不會消失。我們衷心希望，不管未來的日子會面臨什麼樣的風景，大家都能帶著這份美好的回憶，永遠保持健康的身體，以及像「夏樂」一樣快樂的心情！ ☀️

🎓 Summer Joy is Graduating! Thank You for 12 Sweet Years 🥤

Dear Sandakan friends, the time has come for Summer Joy to officially "graduate." This weekend 17/5 will be our very last weekend of operations before we close our doors and successfully complete this beautiful chapter.

We are overflowing with gratitude for the immense love from the Sandakan community and all the friends who have supported us along the way. Your presence has made this journey incredibly sweet and rewarding. Even though we are saying goodbye to the shop, our biggest wish is that no matter what the future holds, you will all stay healthy and always keep a joyful heart! ☀️

⚠️ A quick note for this week's schedule: If you are planning to drop by this Friday 15/5, please note that we will only be open until 6:00 PM sharp. We will be closed to the public in the evening for a private event, so please plan ahead so you don't make a wasted trip!

Please come by this final weekend for one last drink, a good chat, and to celebrate this graduation with us. Thank you for making these past 12 years so unforgettable. We'll see you this weekend! 💛

謝謝你們每一次的光臨。無論是那一頓充滿歡笑的聚餐、那些值得紀念的歲月，還是那些再平凡不過的日常——因為有你們，這家小店才有了靈魂。你們不僅是支持我們的顧客，更是陪伴我們成長的社區家人。

何其有幸，夏樂能成為大家在山打根記憶裡的一抹甜。

即使店面的燈光將要熄滅，但這段歲月裡所有的相遇與溫度，都會在我們的心裡一直亮著。

Today is Labor day and we are officially announcing that Summer Joy will be "graduating" on May 17th, 2026. After 12 wonderful years, our journey is coming to a close, and we will be serving our final scoop.

Thank you for every visit. Whether it was a meal full of laughter, a milestone celebrated, or just another ordinary Tuesday—you brought life and soul to our little shop. You weren't just the people we served; you were the community that shaped us.

It has been an incredible privilege to be a sweet little part of your memories in Sandakan.

The lights at Summer Joy will eventually turn off, but the warmth and beautiful connections we’ve made will continue to glow in our hearts.

We want to take a moment to say that Kyoto Sushi is a true local gem—an absolute must-support if you are looking for authentic, delicious sushi in town! 🍣

To the founder of Kyoto Sushi: thank you for being such a mindful, supportive, and friendly ally. Your brilliant vision to initiate the annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat event brought so much life to our community. Because of your idea, kids in Sandakan get that magical day every year to dress up, use their imagination, and be whoever they want to be. 🎃👻 We are so proud to have weathered the storms and built these community events together.

And to answer the big question... YES! We are thrilled to confirm that a final Kyoto Sushi × Summer Joy collaboration is happening soon. ✨

We were saddened to hear that a shop which has been more than just a place of business is closing its doors, bringing an end to a chapter that has long been part of the Sandakan community. 💔

For years, this shop has served customers with dedication, warmth, and sincerity. It was never just about the drinks they created, but about the friendly smiles 😊, familiar conversations 🗣️, and the sense of connection it brought to everyone who walked through its doors.

【致 陪伴夏樂 12 年的每一位朋友】

2014 到 2026，超過 4,200 個日子。從第一杯搖出的茶飲開始，夏樂
(Summer Joy) 很榮幸能成為山打根這個社區的一部分。

這 12 年來，我們的店面裡裝滿了大家的故事。我們見證了穿著校服的學生長大成人，看著青澀的情侶步入禮堂，也陪伴了許多人在下班後卸下疲憊的片刻。夏樂不僅僅是一家茶飲店，更是我們與大家共同編織的溫暖記憶。

然而，天下無不散之筵席。隨著團隊與經營者邁入全新的人生階段，經過深思熟慮，我們決定讓夏樂的故事，停留在最美好的這個時刻。

這是一個不容易的決定，但我們相信，凡事都有它的階段性任務。在迎來 12 週年的現在，夏樂已經圓滿完成了它的使命。我們選擇在最成熟、最美好的時候拉下帷幕，將這份回憶完美封存。

Celebrating 12 Years of Summer Joy: A Journey Fulfilled (2014–2026)

To our beloved customers and the Sandakan community,

From 2014 to 2026, we have shared over 4,200 days together. Since the very first cup of tea we hand-shaked, Summer Joy has been deeply honored to be a part of this vibrant community.

For 12 years, our shop has been a vessel for your stories. We’ve watched students grow into professionals, witnessed couples walk down the aisle, and provided a quiet sanctuary for many after a long day's work. To us, Summer Joy has always been more than just a bubble tea shop; it’s a collection of warm, shared memories.

However, as the saying goes, "All good things must come to an end." As our team and management step into a new chapter of life, we have made the bittersweet decision to conclude the story of Summer Joy at its most beautiful moment.

This was not an easy choice, but we believe that everything has its season. As we reach our 12th anniversary, we feel our mission has been fulfilled. We choose to lower the curtain now, at our most mature stage, to preserve these precious memories in their most perfect form.

Summer Joy is scheduled to remain operational until the end of May 2026. (The exact closing date will be announced soon.)

In these final three months, it is "business as usual." We will continue to serve every cup with the same sincerity and passion you’ve always known. If you have a moment, please drop by for a drink. We would love the chance to say "Thank You" in person.
