Dear valued customers, we’re sorry, but we would like to kindly share an important update regarding our order policy.
As a small business, every order means a lot to us. Behind every order are ingredients, preparation, cooking time, packaging, and our hard work. ❤️
When confirmed orders are cancelled at the last minute, we may already have purchased ingredients and started preparing everything specifically for that order. Situations like this can be difficult for a small business like ours, and it makes it harder for us to continue moving forward if it happens repeatedly. 🥹
So, starting from now, please kindly take note:
📌 PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
Orders will only be considered confirmed once payment/deposit has been received. We will no longer be able to reserve orders without payment.
📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
For orders scheduled for a particular day, cancellations or changes must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED ORDER DATE.
📌 SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same-day cancellations may NOT be accepted, especially once preparation has started, as ingredients and arrangements have already been made specifically for your order.
📌 CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to change your quantity, menu, or schedule, please let us know as early as possible.
📌 PAYMENT / DEPOSIT
Once preparation has started, payment/deposit may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of preparation.
We’re truly sorry that we have to make these changes. 🥹🙏🏻 We never want to make ordering difficult for anyone. We’re simply trying our best to protect the business and make sure we can continue serving you for a long time.
