Due to the overwhelming number of customers and orders, many of you experienced very long waiting times, with some dishes taking over an hour to be served. We truly understand how frustrating and disappointing this was, especially for families, elderly customers, and those celebrating special occasions with us.
We take full responsibility for the situation and are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Our team worked continuously throughout the day to manage the heavy crowd, but we know this does not change the experience many of you went through. We deeply appreciate every customer who waited patiently, showed kindness to our staff, and continued supporting us despite the delays.
