Hally Catering We further went into canteens at Univercity Malaya for 5 years.Finally
decided to solely concentrate on catering.

Hally Catering was established in 2005 where catering was form home.Our main
special food was frozen mini chicken pie,frozen kuih bakar jagung and cheese tartlet.

Tomorrow Mak Minah's restoran will be one week opening......Alhamdulliah slow and steady it's catching up.....more customers are coming to taste Mak Minah's laksa Johor, mee rebus, soto ayam and lontong........our best seller is laksa johor runner's up is soto ayam and mee rebus. Lontong is breakfast favourite.

For lunch today we had assam rebus ikan parang with pinepple,kari ikan merah,A customer from Ampang came and was the first to taste the dish and she commented
it was good' we also had dendang berlada which was good as well she said.There was nangka masak lemak,kerabu pucuk paku,.Paru goreng berempah was crispy and the taste was superb.....mari cuba .......baru tau.

Thank You everybody to those who like Hally Catering news. Good News Everybody HALLY CATERING will be opening a restron insyallah by 31 MAY 2013 at No.8 Jalan 3/8 Bandar Baru Selayang near MPS(Majilis Perbandaran Selayang).Look out for RESTRON MAK MINAH. Makanan will be more to southern taste. As the cooker ha.. ha...I mean cook was born and breed in Jay Bee.
(Why Mak Minah?....she was my mum's maid who lived with us for 30yrs,some of the dishes in the menu belongs to her)
Kalau Mak Limah nnt dia balik.............kut....

RESTRON will be open frm 7am till 12pm. Breakfast menu initially will be lontong,soto, nasl lemak,kuih2,etc...etc.....

Lunch will begin as early as 11am till the food finishes ha...ha....
Some of lunch menu, assam pedas fish, lemak daging salai,ikan bakar,rendang daging,daging masak kicap,sotong goreng kunyit,udang galah lemak chilly api,gulai kawah,kerabu pucuk paku ,kerabu perut, kerabu sotong,sup tulang rusuk,daging bakar air assam,assam pedas ayam daun keseum,sayur pucuk ubi masak lemak, lemak nangka,pisang muda lemak,baby kailan sos tiram,
sayur campur,ketola goreng dgn pucuk dan sohoon,............banyak lagi tak tertype.

1. Kolej komunitti Selayang order to 2 days 3 kali makan

Meehoon goreng,teh dan nescafe,Nasi Putih,Kari ayam,
telur Dadar,sayur campur,sambalbelacan,ikan masin,buah
tembikai dan air kordial laici.Minum petang karipap dan
kuih bakar,tehdan nescafe.

Mee goreng,teh dan nescafe,Nasi putih,Ikan cencaru sumbat
sambal,Kacang buncis masak lemak,ikan tamban kering goreng
dgn chilly api,buah oren dan air kordial sirap oren.Minum petang
samosa dan bingka ubi.

2. Rumah Tn Hi Nasir dan Hjh Nor di Templer Hertiage,Templer
Park Resort.utk lunch

Nasi Beraini (Basmati 1st grade),daging masak beraini dgn
telor dan kentang,ayam goreng berempah,dalca ,popadum
jelatah dan air sirap limau.
