Anggun City outlet has always been very special to us,this is our main outlet.The place where we poured in so much love, tears & sweat.
We build this place with our own hands own ideas & even our own mistakes.
It became more than just a cafe,it became a part of us,it became our identity
And somehow,along the way you became a part of us too..
Our customers who came back years after years. Those children who was once a babies now are grown up. Those customers who come in for there daily coffee or pasta fix. Customers who celebrated all special occasions bdays, gendre reveal etc. Or those customers who made our place their safe or comfort place.
Our neighbour shops, who now feels like a family.Who we love spending time with.
Our partner who love collaborating with us! Who we shared so much ideas & fun times.
To other cafes who became friends & who we can talk freely and share our ideas & struggles.
To our suppliers, to the grab drivers who supports our business.
And our team old or new, who work very hard and always giving their best.
All of you became a big part of us, and for that we are trully thankful!
So the big question is, “why are you closing down?”
honestly it’s not because we stop loving this place,in fact that’s what makes the decision even harder. There’s a lot reasons but the one of the main reason is after more than four years of constantly working, building, fixing, managing we want to simplify our business. Most of our cafes are in kl and we want to focus for now there.
But more than that, we realised we needed some time with our family too.
For more than four years, While we were so busy to be a part of your lives, we somehow missed too many of our own.
And that is propably the hardest realities of running your own business.
So this is not us saying goodbyes, this is us choosing to pause. To breathe. To be with our family. To learn. To grow. To rebuild.
And hopefully we comes back better- with better system- with better mindset and a better version of what we built.
