Raspberry Sour Cream Pound Cake. So soft and crumbly good. Recipe below.....

240gm self raising flour - sifted
120gm butter
170gm castor sugar
200gm sour cream
2 eggs
Vanilla extract
Raspberry preserved or jam
- Prepare 8 inch cake pan
- Preheat your oven 180celcius
- Beat sugar and butter till creamy. Roughly about 2 mins
- Add egg 1 at a time. Beat each addition about 1 min
- Add vanilla
- Add sour cream. Beat again
- Add flour. Fold using spatula
- Put the batter in pan.
- Take 2-3 spoon raspberry preserved then mix it roughly just to marble it on the top.
- Bake for 30-40mins

Harini sha nak share resipi my chocolate moist cake. I used this recipe all the time. So nak raya ni, yg mana nk cuba boleh cuba.. Resipi ni boleh kukus or bakar. Selamat Mencuba!

Chocolate Moist Cake Recipe

Dry ingredients
200gm plain flour
100gm cocoa powder
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Baking Soda
- Sieve

150gm Castor sugar
50gm Brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup hot water

- Prepare cake pan 10inchx1 or 8inchx2
- Beat oil, condensed milk and sugar till incorporated
- Add egg one by one. Beat well in each addition
- Add dry ingredients alternately with hot water (dry ingredient -hot water-dry ingredient - hot water- dry ingredient). Fold using spatula only
- Then you may steam it for 50mins or bake 160•© for 30mins

1 TBSP susu pekat Manis
1 TBSP gula
125 mls air suam (jgn panas yer, suam2 jer) klu xde air suam amik air sejuk masuk dlm microwave panaskan dlm 15-20 sec
5gm Yis (Separuh Paket)
Kacau dgn sudu geli2 jer
Tgu 5 min bagi berbuih

Sementara tu sediakan bahan2 kering
2 cups Tepung Gandum
1 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP garam
1 TBSP Butter
Gaul sampai jadi macam serbuk roti
Lepas tu masukkan yis yg dh berbuih tadi. Uli sehingga jadi doh la. klu lekat kat tgn xpe.. uli smpai xlekat la.

Pastu rehat kan doh. Biar dia naik 2x ganda. ni lebih kurang sejam. Cari tempat2 yg warm. Jgn letak bwh aircond, smpai tahun dpan xnaik. Tips: Nak cpat panas kan oven 2 min. Rse suam2 masuk kan bekas tdi. Jgn letak dlm oven panas pulak. Mati yis tdi
Dah naik, buat ler bentuk donut. Then rehat kan dlm 10 min bg kembang balik. Pastu goreng. Tadaaa... dh siap.
