As someone who is still new to baking, you must be wondering whether or not Baking Paper (also called Parchment Paper) is needed.

The answer is YES, you do need it if you want the outcome of your dessert to be perfect. Here's why:

1. Eliminates Sticking
Parchment paper allows your dessert to flip easily without damaging any part of it.

2. Clean cutting
You may be wondering, how some bakers out there managed to create a clean cut for their brownies, kek batik. This happened when they used parchment paper. They can get the dessert out of the baking tray, without having to cut it directly from the tray & leaving a damage scratch to it.
