For those who interested in homemade Shanghai mooncake & Snowskin mooncake (got mini size and normal size), kindly pm me.

Mini size : 60g
Normal size : 120g

FYI, for Snowskin mooncake am using healthy soy protein as paste. But I do have other traditional flavour like green tea & lotus paste too with less sugar.
