We sincerely apologize to all our customers who had to wait too long for their food or drinks.

We are currently working on improving our operations and service flow, and exploring ordering systems to make things smoother for everyone.

对于等待时间过长的顾客，我们深感抱歉。

我们是一家由母子两人经营的小店，最近因为一篇新闻的报导，突然来了很多顾客。我们很感恩大家的支持，但也知道我们的服务在繁忙时段确实跟不上。

目前我们正在努力改善流程，并且考虑使用点餐系统，让整体服务更顺畅。
