From Part-Time Waitress to Branch Manager β Meet Shin Mei β€οΈ
Some people donβt just work with a company β they grow together with it.
Shin Mei first joined Empat Sekawan in 2018 as a part-time waitress. She later became a full-time team member before leaving us for a period of time to further her studies.
After completing her Diploma, she chose to return to Empat Sekawan.
This time, she came back with more knowledge, maturity and confidence β and through her dedication and growth, she was promoted to become the Branch Manager of our Empat Sekawan Puchong outlet.
What makes Shin Mei special is not simply her position.
It is her patience, attentiveness and genuine care for people.
She remembers the little details. She listens. She takes the time to understand what our guests need, and she always tries her best to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
That is why so many of our regular customers remember her β and why she remembers them too. β€οΈ
