We only use Penang brand 5 spice powder and good sauces to braise them. Slow boiled for hours over charcoal stove .

I put my heart and soul in my work . This is why I shed tears when I’m down and smile from my heart when customers enjoyed our food. I get very sentimental and personal about all these . My heartiest gratitude to those who has been very helpful and understanding . And those very difficult one , i usually take them out from customers list . I rather have shorter list than all the stress .

I remember what my beloved sister used to say , “
Never bargain with small business owners . Help if we can . We have gone through that phase of building up a name , we personally understand the hardship. Let’s make others better than us.!” Yes , I remember her words very clearly. This is why I’m always very ready to buy whoever jio me . And if I see buskers performing, I will surely give a small contribution. I wish to give them hopes as I know hopes give strength ❤️ I don’t need to be rich in monetary to support others ,as long as it’s within my means , I will.

Tonight , the very very very supportive customer made me smile again . She said “ let me buy all so that you can saugong!” To many of you might not feel any thing about these words , but to me these words spark magic ✨..

Going through transition of time will eventually change a person’s perspective towards life..life ups n downs,hard blows certainly added spices to my life ..

I learned to let go n accept a lot of matters in better manners ..nothing is big deal because there’s bigger deal than what Ive faced..instead of focusing how hard life is or how difficult people is ..I let happy moments to keep me going .,,lovely people that crossed my paths to sweeten my life ..although my eldest girl said ‘do not let our happiness comes from others but ourself’ but I still love to deal with human..as I love human touch ..loving others make me feel good ...I love to lend a helping hand ...
All these little acts enriched my life ...

Our handcrafted pork belly lap yuk is something friends n relatives look forward to yearly..we enjoy them as we used to cook Lap MEI fan ...the oil that sips into the hot fluffy rice is so flavourful..besides that,can be used to stir fried any dishes ,char moey (stir fried porridge ) n the list goes on..

We hold on to the principle of no msg/preservative/colouring /food enchancer.

Honestly speakly,we grew up in the environment of enjoying food at its natural state . ..We only believes natural food n eat with peace of mind ..we strongly feel “ka Ki made is the best !”...so how can we ever compromise on the quality...We would feel ashamed if we let others eat low quality food..We love hearing praises than collecting money ...whenever we being praise “AUNTY Nicole panai...!” I will be smiling broadly!
