In 2020, I watched the brand I spent nearly two decades building fade away.

My team dissolved, the kitchens went quiet, and I was left alone in the space we once called home.
But 17 years of serving this community taught me one thing: Resilience is a practice, much like meditation.

It is now 2026. I am standing back up. Not just to serve vegan food, but to provide a sanctuary for a world that needs to destress more than ever.
