The owner, Diane’s father, Mr. Ong recently lost his wife to cancer. A devoted fan of Sichuan Mala cuisine, he found comfort when our Head Chef prepared his favourite Sichuan Kung Pao Chicken with Rice during this difficult time.

To his delight, the dish not only lifted his spirits but also reignited his appetite—so much so that he insisted it deserved a spot on our menu!
