Today, we’re sharing a short walkthrough of what happened and showing you the affected area after the incident.

It has been a tough moment for us, but we’re staying strong and focused on rebuilding. We truly appreciate all the love, concern, and support from everyone who has reached out to us during this time.

Dear Giggles family,

This morning at around 7AM, a fire broke out at our outlet. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the damage means we will need to temporarily close for approximately 1–2 weeks while Bomba and the insurance team carry out their investigations.

Our hearts are heavy seeing a place filled with so many memories suddenly paused like this. Giggles was built with love, laughter, late nights, and the support of every single guest who walked through our doors. Seeing the aftermath today has been difficult for all of us.

For now, we kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and prayers as we navigate through this challenging period. We truly believe we will come back stronger, warmer, and ready once again to serve the community that has always supported us.

Thank you for all the messages, calls, and concerns today. It means more to us than words can describe.

Apologies in advance to our customers and those who are looking forward to pay us a visit after seeing reviews from

Due to the overwhelming support, we will be closed today (23 March) from 4pm onwards as we have ran out of supplies due to the supportive crowd and our suppliers are closed during this long weekend; hence, unable to replenish as quickly as we hoped.

We will take this time off to replenish for the next day through other means.

We will be back tomorrow, 24 March (Tuesday) from 10am till 10pm.

Once again, we would like to thank all of you who came to visit as a first timer and for those who have been a frequent customer.
