It is a bittersweet day for all of us at O2SS4 as we say goodbye to our Manager, Lucas Ryan, who has been such an integral part of the O2 family over the past few years.
Lucas has not just been a manager — he has been a steady hand, a friendly face, and a true team player who helped shape the spirit and warmth that makes O2SS4 what it is today. His dedication, professionalism, and heart have left a lasting mark on our staff and patrons alike.
While we are saddened to see him go, we are incredibly proud of him as he embarks on an exciting new chapter. Lucas will be heading to Toulouse, where a new opportunity awaits him to further his career as a French Cuisine Chef. This is a remarkable step forward in his journey toward becoming a fine young culinary professional.
We are certain you will join us in wishing Lucas every success, happiness, and fulfillment as he begins this new adventure.
