Uncle Botak's BBQ don't just grill-we craft smoky, soul-satisfying experiences, with bold spirit of American bbq with touches of French and Italian flair, every recipe full of flavor, blending savory rubs with unique homemade sauces. Our owner has put into high consideration towards the consumers that are not a huge fan of sweet food, thus you’ll find special blends of salty and savoury rubs. The

concept of barbecue that we are going for is a barbecue meat paired with a number of uniquely homemade sauces (made from fresh herbs & spices).
