5 long years in the making. From Rural to Pastoral to Jiwa Membumi. Pastoral Malaysia Collective will showcase their artworks at the most prestigious gallery in Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery, Sasana Kijang, Kuala Lumpur.

Open for public from Saturday 21st December 2924 till end of February. Join tge PMC on Sunday, December 22nd, for an exhibition tour with the artists (11 AM - 3 PM)

Soul of the Land celebrates the rural landscapes of Peninsular
Malaysia through the eyes of twelve artists from Pastoral
Malaysia Collective, led by Eric Peris. These artists roamed paddy fields, villages and small towns, and no less, rainforests, as they documented the natural environment, human connection and local histories. Through their work - photography, paintings, time-lapse videos, and installation art - the artists remind us that these places are not relics but living, breathing parts of our identity. These visual recordings are more than nostalgias; they are acts of resilience against the forgetting of who we are as a country - and a call to safeguard for generations to come.
