对此，我们已正式报案，并要求相关人士撤下不实的帖子。

We have always prioritized hygiene and freshness, ensuring that every meal we serve meets the standards. Over the years, we have built our reputation on trust, quality, and dedication to our customers.

Recently, a false and misleading complaint about our food hygiene surfaced on social media, unfairly damaging our business and reputation. In reality, the customer came with the intention of recording from the very beginning, making it clear that this was never a genuine dining experience. Even after being addressed professionally, the customer continuously sought to argue and escalate the situation instead of resolving it amicably.

We have filed a police report regarding this false claim and have requested the removal of the misleading post.

We sincerely appreciate those who believe in the truth and stand with us against cyberbullying. Your trust and support mean everything to us. Let’s work together to promote fairness and integrity in our community.
