Every day It’s a Big Day! What’s in it you ask?
Beetroot-cured salmon gravlax, haricot beans, sautéed wild mushrooms, petite salad, roasted herbs potato, pomegranate seeds, and figs. Not forgetting the grilled chicken cheese sausage, english muffin, and fruit preserves!

If you ask us, one of the best ways to enjoy prawns is having it nicely sautéed with just 2 simple ingredients — rich butter and lots of garlic. We’ve also added our own “Therefore” twist, with Malaysian herbs/spices, daun kesum, bunga kantan and red chillies to elevate the dish with a whole new dimension of flavour 😁

Today we feature our butternut squash pumpkin soup for World Pumpkin Day and also for Halloween of course! 🎃

Butternut squash is flavourful and much sweeter compared to other squashes. For many people, it even reminds them of butterscotch (made of butter and brown sugar).

Our seafood bisque sauce is what “gives a soul” to the Barramundi main course. The sauce’s star ingredient? Shellfish! It’s boiled and strained into a sauce, enhancing and boosting the flavour of the sauce with delicious natural umami essence.
