It’s hard to believe that more than a year has passed since we first opened our doors and welcomed our very first guests.

At Mekong Delights, every Bánh Xèo is made fresh to order.

We don’t pre-cook or keep them waiting in the kitchen because a great Bánh Xèo should be served hot, crispy, and fresh from the pan. ✨

Each pancake is carefully prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked individually to achieve the perfect golden crispiness that Vietnamese people know and love.

Yes, it may take around 15–20 minutes, especially during busy hours, but we believe good food is worth the wait. ❤️
