Christmas is only 32 days away...This year apart from my xmas menu I will be offering Butter Aged Beef- Ribeye, Tomahawk or Tenderloin. The meat will be Aged between 7 and 32 days. With that orders must be in as early as today and dec 18th. I will be also offering a butter aged beef wellington. The butter aged beef is very tender and can be served from medium rare to well done.
