Craving delicious, authentic bak chang?

We offer freshly made bak chang, packed with flavorful ingredients and wrapped with care.

The recipe is inspired by my great grandma who hails from Fujian province of Mainland China. Hence, the authentic Hokkien style!
Made from the traditional method and recipe, we use quality ingredients and hand wrapped the bak chang with care. Each bamboo leaf is carefully washed, boiled and wiped to remove any dirt.

The bak changs are very well received by customers with many repeat orders. They are firm to the bite yet are moist and soft with the grains distinguishable. Order today to savour the authentic flavour!
