Rasa Basbousa ni mcm makan kek butter.

Tapi tak mampat. Texture dia berbiji2 mcm telur sushi tu.

Kalau tanya perisa p**a rasa mcm vanilla je lah. Tapi sedap tak muak. Ada rasa lemak2 dari yogurt.

Air gula p**a bancuhan bunga jasmin dan lemon.

Yg traditional punya dia agak nipis tanpa yogurt. Rasa agak kosong. Dan biasanya arab mmg akan basahkan kek ni dgn air gula.
Terlalu manis.

Versi kami, kek lebih tebal. Lebih lembut dan kurang manis.

Ni lah Basbousa Semolina Cake.
