After learning and training for a few months, we are now ready to prepare, present and serve special Raw Seafood from Korea and Thailand 😁

KOREA Soy Marinated Raw Female Roe Crab, called Ganjang Gejang is a traditional, highly popular and delicious Korean Dish made by marinating live raw crabs in a mild soy sauce based brine that is infused with apples, garlic, ginger, chillies, pepper, and other aromatics.
Other seafood such as Prawns, Salmon and Scallops are also marinated the same way to bring out the sweet and umami flavor of the seafood.
Best eaten with a plate/bowl of rice.
