September’s Mamakase Dinner, meet Chikutteh! Our refined take on the classic "Bak K*t Teh".

Slow-simmered chicken in a deeply aromatic broth, layered with warming herbal notes, peppery spice and a gentle savoury richness. Comforting like the original, yet distinctly Soooka.

Crafted with chicken so everyone can savour the experience. And yes, is muslim-friendly. 😊

September Mamakase Dinner is available for reservations. DM to book your table and come savour Chikutteh with us. 🥢
