(4 channels input), ideal for a 50 pax mini music showcase, or even a movie screening. Roomy space for still life photography shoot, casting session, and workshop. Outdoor space is cozy yet vintage looking, designed for riders with a "Wall of Fame" section to showcase rider's bike. Roomy bikes parking spot, perfect for cafe racer/ custom bikers to meet over a cuppa.

This is THE KOFFIST.
This is me.
This is a cafe, also my office.
I am a commercial film director.
This is where I work- Writing treatment, prepping camera, pre-production meeting, talent casting, offline/online presentation, etc.

This is where I play music.
Singing some 90’s, playing on my Takamine and Fender Telecaster.
No song request allowed.

This is where I meet friends.
Bikers, musicians, filmmakers, artist, dreamers.
This is where we hang out.
This is where I meet you.

This is a cafe.
This is where I make coffee, black or white (with lousy latte art).
“What do you have to eat?” You asked.
We have an oven, BBQ pit, mini gas stove, and fridge.
“It depends on what we have in the fridge, otherwise feel free to order Grab food” I said.
You definitely find cold beers in our fridge, plenty of bottles.
Yes, cold beer.
