1.⁠ ⁠Nowadays, to learn Italian cuisine “professionally” usually takes about three months and can cost RM40,000–50,000. Some courses are also halal-oriented, which means students may not get to learn the essential ingredients of authentic Mediterranean cooking.
2.⁠ ⁠Our course includes 12 classes and 51 dishes, with ingredients and recipes provided. All dishes are prepared hands-on by the students. The course fee is truly surprising — with our super special promotion, it is now less than RM2,000, only about 5% of what others charge.

Yesterday a family came in for dinner. Everyone was dressed in black except the father. The moment two teenage siblings walked in, they looked at the wall and exclaimed, “La Dolce Vita!” as if they had just watched it recently. That was the moment I was the one surprised.

You think modern teenagers have no taste?

Then again, it makes sense. The cultured youths of our generation—if they have children—would never let them grow up not knowing Federico Fellini.
