We’re extending our hours till 10pm on our actual anniversary day, 19/12 (Thursday). No RSVP needed.

hot chocolate bar
Enjoy free hot chocolate in the evening as we celebrate Christmas a little early. Decorate your drink with toppings from our station and make it your own.

smol coffee workshop (6.30pm - 8.30pm)
A rare chance to step behind the bar and brew your own coffee with our guidance, choose from black, white or pour-over options. Registration is first-come, first-served, so come early to secure your spot.

scratch cards
We’re giving out scratch cards during the night, and every card is a winner.

evening drinks
A few simple cocktails will be available for the night, just enough to keep things fun and relaxed. Remember to take public transport if you’re planning to drink responsibly.

cake celebration
We’ll end the night with a cake celebration, a little moment to share this milestone together.

Finally, it’s our 3rd anniversary! You can look forward to an exciting year end with us. Mark your calendars & stay tuned for more details in our stories.

1. taiwan filter beans (13/12 onwards)
I happen to be in Taiwan this week, so I’m bringing back some beans from Taiwanese roasters to share with you.

2. wednesday special (starts 13/12)
This December, come enjoy your favourite brews & bites with a 15% discount every Wednesday morning, 9am to 12pm.

3. nicaragua espresso (16/12 onwards)
First time introducing this coffee origin in our cafe. Very clean and textured.

4. anniversary night - 22/12 (Fri, 8pm)
We’re opening into the night to celebrate with you! Planning fun activities and a lucky draw, so grab a friend and join us after dinner. Special drinks & light bites available.

Once again, thank you all for your continuous support (and for making it to the end of my heartfelt post💚) I wish everyone a Merry Christmas in advance, and a happy birthday to our little 270sqft!

My intention is to share a space where people feel warmth, happiness, and enjoy their coffee; a space with favourite music and moments to share; a space to chat with the baristas.

Yet, it’s hard to please everyone. Some are concerned about our house rule of having each person dining in to order a drink. Some find the space too small and uncomfortable. It’s a lie to say I’m not affected by feedback like these. In the end, I just want to give people who appreciate us a chance to enjoy the space after coming all the way.

Then there’s parking. This has always been a challenge, even for me. The recent construction of the new apartment behind us made it even worse. Even so, please don’t give up on 270; we still need you :)

Are there plans to expand? Yes, not in size (though i’m not ruling it out) but in terms of personal growth, expanding our skills and knowledge. Yes, the current space limits sales & profits. But nothing compares to the joy I still get from witnessing the infinite possibilities and genuine connections unfolding in this smol space everyday. Finally [...]

This month marks the 3rd year since I started this smol coffee space in seapark, pj. As the owner, I have so much to share with you, and to thank you for standing by us all this time.

270sqft is still around today because of you. From customers who dropped by since day one, to the regulars and new customers who greets us sincerely, to those who travel from far or hop between cafes, our baristas, friends, vendors.. I’m truly grateful for every one of you.

I believe in “going with the flow”. Some things are beyond our control, and whatever happens there will always be an outcome. So, I focus on my convictions, give it my all, and try to flow in the moment. There were certainly ups and downs; times when business isn’t doing good, days when coffee has mood swings, moments when I doubt and question how far I can go with this space.
