New dish landing on our new menu!

Grilled tiger prawns, dressed in a sauce inspired by classic Chinese 蒜蓉, scallion and garlic forward, lifted with a touch of black vinegar and lemon zest.

By Chef Louis, who says no matter what he cooks, it somehow turns out very Asian… some habits (and sauces) never leave the kitchen.

We can’t wait to welcome you back through our doors after the CNY break.
