Named after the lovely neighbourhood of Taman Paramount, a place known for its warmth and neighbourhood charm, this cocktail is our little tribute to the community we call home.

Crafted with rosemary, lemon skin-infused vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, and oat milk clarification, Paramount is bright, citrusy, silky smooth, and finished with a delicate herbal lift.

Not to pick favourites, but our Nyumen is having a main character moment.

A comforting bowl of silky noodles, finished with spring onion oil for that extra oomph. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause after the first bite and go, "Ah... that's exactly what I needed."
