Penang lang 的槟城小食是外婆的独特秘方。六十年代，外婆是在戏棚脚下以兜售槟城民间小食为生。特别是五香卤肉，炒果条和白咖喱面更是老饕们的最爱了。

2016年南迁致雪隆，每天都想念外婆槟城美食的味道，就开始了 Penang Lang。除了不让外婆的味道失传，也可以让雪隆区的朋友，不需要去槟城也可以吃到正宗槟城美食🤤🤤。

推荐我们的《炒果条》和《白咖喱面》
🤤炒果条不但 WOK HEI 十足，更是超出了古早味道。许多槟城人吃了，都说: 爆赞👍

🤤白色的咖喱面看似不起眼，当配上我们的特制咖喱辣椒，白色咖喱面马上有了灵魂。
