Hi everyone, Go Vietnam is open the order for lunch Saturday 27/11 “Bun Heo” - pork noodles another version “Bun Bo” - beef noodles for who cant eat beef but want to try the cooking style of Vietnam’s former royal court.

Bún bò originated in Hue, a former capital of Vietnam. The broth is prepared by simmering bones with lemongrass, ginger and then seasoned with fermented shrimp sauce and sugarcane for taste.

💰Price: 15.8rm
The dish includes thin slices of marinated and boiled pork shank, vietnamese ham - made of pork and traditionally wrapped in banana leaves.

It served with lime, pickled red onion, diced green onions, raw sliced holland onions, homemade chili sauce, thinly sliced banana blossom, kangkung, basil, sprouts.

Hi everyone, Go Vietnam is open the order “Bun Bo” - beef noodles soup for Saturday 13/11 and “Xoi Thit Kho” - Sticky Rice with Braised pork and eggs for Sunday 14/11

Bun bo is a famous dish in Central Vietnam. Beef bones are stewd with fish sauce, lemongrass, pineapple and some spices. Served with beef shank, boneless rolled pork, herb vegies…and homemade vietnamese sambal

Xoi Thit Kho - Thit Kho is traditionally served around the lunar new year because of how well it keeps after cooking. Recipe is a low and slow braise with super tender and flavorful pork, with hard-boiled eggs that have absorbed all the seasoning too. It’s savory, salty, and slightly sweet seasoned mainly with fish sauce and soy sauce paired with hard-boiled eggs. Served with sticky rice, hand-cut mung bean, a side of pickled cucumber, fried onion,… these are the flavors and memories of my childhood.

Hủ tiếu is a dish eaten in Vietnam as breakfast. It may be served either as a soup (hủ tiếu nước) or dry with a little broth (hủ tiếu khô).
