Used to be called DIB COFFEES OF HAWAII since 2011, but we have changed our name to DIB RESTAURANT CAFE (DIBZ2H) from 2017, as we do not sell Hawaiian Coffee anymore ...sad but true...because it has

become too costly to fly the roasted beans to Malaysia all the way from Hawaii. However, we roast our own 100% Arabica beans and create beans very similar to Hawaiian beans, which are strong and fragrant. Started in 2011 as a self-funded Social Enterprise to train and employ deaf Malaysians, leading to deaf entrepreneurship. Currently we have only 1 location - DIB Gamuda full-fledged 100 seaters restaurant in Menara Gamuda

Looking forward, we welcome investors and philanthropists who has the money and passion for our work, to join forces with us. We can only expand our work with funds, and we have already a mature business model where we can establish similar DIB projects in other countries around the world, anywhere where there are people with disabilities (PWDs) especially deaf and people in wheelchair. POV: Did a quick google search to see who is MP (Member of Parliment) and Adun for Damansara Perdana PJ, since DIB (Deaf in Business) Restaurant is located in Damansara Perdana. We have been operating here as a Social Enterprise for the last 16 years but never had a courtesy visit from either the MP or Adun. Better yet, we voted for them in the last election.
