- Assist owner & operations manager in planning of all dishes with minimal food wastage
- Manage all incoming orders via central ordering system and delegate tasks to kitchen crews
- Manage all incoming & outgoing stock and supplies.
- Ensure all food ingredients are stored in accordance to food safety protocols, labelled and checked.
-Assist operations manager with continuous inventory of food supplies, reporting shortages in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparation, cooking & packing of all food deliveries and take outs.
- Follow quality, presentation and packaging SOP at all times.
- Create a positive working environment for all Kitchen Crews.
