Manok Pansuh is a traditional dish from Borneo, especially popular in Sarawak, Brunei, and parts of Indonesia. It’s made by cooking chicken (or other meats) with herbs, spices, and sometimes vegetables inside a bamboo tube, which gives it a smoky flavour.
The chicken is marinated with ingredients like lemongrass, ginger, galangal and other spices, then slow cooked in the bamboo for hours until the chicken is tender and flavorful.
