Full Time Restaurant Manager
- To lead and maximize restaurant sales, profit, customer and operational efficiencies through effective management skill
- In charge in staff training
- Assist on staff recruitment and selection
- Coordinate and direct restaurant operations staffing function on each department
- Play and integral role in delivering satisfy customer service
- Analytical thinking
- Must have the leadership skill and teamwork
Requirements:
- SPM/ STPM/Diploma & Degree in any discipline with min 2-5 years experiences in food service
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Pleasant personality with ability to work independently
- Strong leadership , energetic, organized and self motivated
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
