Water (Bring to boil)
Batter
8 gm Eggs
520ml Dashi Stock
1 tsp Mirin (optional)
2-3 tsp Japanese Soy Sauce (Kikoman)
Filling

Kamari Fish Cake
Lotus seed / Ginko nuts
Meat
1) Mix Egg & soy sauce(Kikoman)
2) Slowly pour in Dashi stock to mix well
3) Strain the batter n pour to the cup
4) Steam for 15 min
