近年来严重的空气污染导致全球天气暖化,地球未来的存亡已经引起社会的高度重视。为此,Bao Makan全面采用了环保可降解包装(Eco-Packaging),希望为世界付出少许绵力,唤醒人们对环保的意识。加上2020年新冠疫情席卷全球,食品的卫生包装已经成为餐饮业不可忽视的一环,我们采用“一件一套(Hygiene & Individual Pack)“的独立餐具及食品包装,以确保食物无论透过任何平台配送,送到消费者手上时依然是绝对干净卫生的。

代表着“包吃”,创办人卡门是马来西亚槟城人,儿时吃到的都是马来西亚道地的包子, 2014年到台湾留学时,半工半读的情况下无意闯进了台湾的刈包市场,随后到中国大陆就业时又认识了著名的小吃-肉夹馍,三者皆是包子,但从中却有着不一样的风味,让她决意研发出融合各地风味的“包“点。后来随着疫情影响,她辗转回到自己的国家-马来西亚,见着很多消费者由于卫生因素而不敢到外面进食或打包,因此部分传统的餐饮业在疫情肆虐下渐渐没落,于是她决定把自己所接触过最新颖的餐饮概念引入自己生长的地方,让马来西亚美食在世界继续站稳阵脚的同时也能与时并进,打造健康速食系列,最后便创建了今日大家所认识的“Bao Makan”
Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is often neglected as people nowadays are often busy working or traveling to work. A well-maintained diet is necessary for us to get the energy as we go on with our daily life. “Bao Makan” is introducing a grab-and-go food series, made with Malaysia’s traditional homemade recipes, satisfying the urge for mum’s cooking and on-the-go convenience.
“ Bao Makan” packaging uses eco-friendly and biodegradable containers to contribute to the fight for a sustainable environment. The container also can be used to reheat food as it is microwavable. Each takeaway is individually packaged, ensuring both safety and hygiene for consumers.
“Bao Makan” signifies the undertaking of everyone’s daily meal. Growing up, whether it is going to school in Penang, Malaysia, studying in Taiwan, or working in China, our founder Carmen has found that “Bun” is a common food item that is easy to consume. Some varieties of the bun also provide daily nutritional values. Foods such as “Rou Jia Mo” and steamed buns are some of the inspirations of combining international delicacies with local recipes into “Bao Makan”. “Bao Makan” goal is to provide a fast and healthy food option while at the same time promoting Malaysia’s food recipes.
