The special thing about Mookata is that the pan is heated with charcoal, and the middle part allows you to put a small piece of lard. The use of lard grease into the surrounding barbecue and then into the soup, with the most primitive ingredients for the whole pot soup flavor! The use of simple principles to make the essence of the ingredients themselves into the soup.
