No consultants. No launch strategy. No operations manual. Just 3 people with a dream.

It was messy. It was exhausting. It was slightly ridiculous.

But we had opened.

Let’s Meat is officially hitting the 10-year mark this year! We’re celebrating a whole decade together with a 10-month party, starting with Month 1’s special: The Count Sandwich 🥪

What’s in it?
Smoked ham, grilled chicken, melted Swiss, and sliced cheese layered with cranberry jam on egg-dipped, butter-grilled white bread. Dusted with icing sugar, served with pancake syrup and sweet potato fries on the side.
