Kavita bought her young family but the 2 kids love cooking and very good in it too. The young children are very knowledgeable and engaging. Very seldom you see children so friendly towards strangers and I am so pleased they are bought up, well mannered.

Leo Hidy came with his girlfriend. His sister came with her college friend. Their story are so interesting and warming. Borm in China and but both were different families in China. Bought up by an American couple in the same family. Today guest all came from USA.

Fish and vegetables only please. So Otak Otak, Mi vegetable curry and Tamarind prawns were cooked. They LOVED IT!

Lars came with his family, wife, 2 daughter and son. They were fascinated with our food and wants to learn how to cook when they are back in Denmark. They were excited to cook in claypots, seeing how I use steamer for Otak Otak. And blanching the okra in a wok.

Both Alan and Wallex came from Hong Kong are world travellers. Their stories are sofun and food they have eaten, I was going to travel more. lolol

Ringae bought her family from San Francisco. Ringae, a local from East Malaysia. The hubby is intrigued at our cooking style. Find it hard as he has never cook before. Her 2 kids also have never cook. So today is the first time , mum wanted them to have fun. It was really fun as the kids well behaved and can take instruction. They praised and thanked me for being so patient.
Honestly I learnt patience form my guest but got rewarded. They ate all the tamarind prawns, curry kapitan and stir fried mixed veggies with glass noodle and black fungus. They ate it all, for someone who has not eaten our Malaysian food. Mum bought them for the 1st time to the cooking class.
Though they were tired from yesterday swimming, they worked pretty hard. Total respect for the family.

Debra, is my 3rd time returnee. Just loved her for supporting me. She showed some cooking photos to her niece and they booked a class for next year already. lolol
