We welcome all feedback, be it positive or negative. In Legenda Cafes @ LCCT, we have notices on the Board as well as on each table that no outside food is allowed or RM5 corkage fee will be levied. This fee has been highlighted upfront. As an F&B operator, we have to protect our Legenda brand. On your allegation of being rude, I suppose when a person refuse to pay, all sorts of comment will crop up. It is certainly your prerogative to highlight your opinion to "Persatuan Hak Pengguna".
