Gingerbread House is made with wheat flour, sugar, salt, spices, butter and baking powder.
Does not come attached (You will have to attach and decorate your own. It comes in plain pieces with see-through windows and doors so you can place lightings inside the house. )

You can use hot melted sugar or royal icing to attach the pieces. it will stay fresh unopened for two months from date of purchase. Once opened and decorated with icing, it will soften in less than 24 hours unless icing is dryed in a low oven (45°c for an hour) and kept in an air tight container till ready to show case as display (can also be eaten later on) .

Soft cookies are still edible. If softness isn't desirable, please put in a low oven at 45°c for an hour till crisp and dry when it has been displayed for long and had become soft.

We make and bake them fresh to order. We use halal certified ingredients as this product contains no pork or alcohol in it.

The vanilla beans sourced directly from farmers in Uganda's Kampala region are notably fresh, retaining their moisture to ensure optimal quality. Made only using wheat flour, rye starter, water and salt. Sufficiently small enough crumbs for a sandwich loaf and strong enough to hold sandwich fillings.

The Loaf can last up to 8 days without refrigeration, a month plus in the refrigerator and almost 3-4 months in the freezer (wrapped in cling film and stored in a Tupperware to prevent absorption of freezer smells).

It has a noticeable tangy flavour and a very slight chewy texture.

Our inclusion chocolate are made with 85% Dark chocolate and laced with spices such as spicy Savina, warm cinnamon, aromatic cardamom and mysterious tonka beans. We also make our chocolates without flavourings and just plain cane sugar for our 85% Dark chocolate. We also came up with the 100% Dark chocolate to give you a feel of what chocolate really tastes like without sugar or any kind of flavourings except from the type of cacao bean, roasting temperatures and fermentation profiles.

The cacao beans that we used are sourced from an independent farmer that has been in the cacao bean growing arena for 10+ years. These cacao beans are grown organically and ethically in a farm nearby gula melaka plantations. They are fermented and drying hygienically above ground to avoid pests, dust and vermin's from contaminating the delicate fermentation and drying process of the cacao bean.

We purchase the beans in its raw form and roast it accordingly to our liking with 3 different roasting temperature and mix them to get a unique flavour profile only we would have. We then crush and winnow the cacao bean husks separately to be used as tea (husks) and the nibs we would conch it for 3 days in a row to achieve a silky smooth finish of the chocolate in the mouth.

We DO NOT ADD anything else except spices and sometimes cane sugar. We do not add hydrogenated fats/oils, emulsifiers and stabilizers of any kind to our chocolate products.

Use it not only for your morning smoothies (100%Dark) but also, melted on pancakes, waffles, muffins, cake fillings, icecream topping, spicy Mexican sauces, glaze for BBQ meats, small amounts with cheese platers, flavoured mousses and even plain hot water/milk to make a hot chocolate drink!

Please place product in a cool room/pantry if you have any, otherwise it is perfectly OK to place it in a cold and dark cupboard. Chocolates may develop a whitish film on the chocolate, this is normal for chocolates without stabilizers and emulsifiers. It is due to the constant change in temperature that the chocolate had been in. Please note that it is perfectly safe to eat and it does not change the taste or texture of the chocolate.

Do not leave chocolate near heat sources.
Chocolate can be refrigerated but it must be in an airtight container. Greyish film that would appear are cocoa butters naturally occurring from chocolate that contains no stabilizers and no emulsifiers.

Pullman shaped bread loaf made with organic wholemeal flour, japanese bread flour, Milk, 6 types of seeds (black and white sesame, sunflower, melon, pumpkin,golden flax), Celtic seasalt, yeast and pure butter)

This bread does NOT contain eggs, artificial preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours. It does not contain bread softeners, enhancers hydrogenated butter/oil.

This bread will be sent out in the next morning after being freshly baked and frozen overnight. It does not require refrigeration for up to 4-5 days depending on humidity, how the bread is stored and handled.

This bread can be stored in the freezer for 2-3 months and refrigerator for up to 10 days. We do recommend toasting before serving as it would further enhance the nuttiness of the bread.

Bread can be presliced or left whole upon request. Slice thickness will be roughly less than half an inch as it is hand sliced.

Our gianduja spread is made from Malaysian grown cacao beans which we roast our own ro bring out the delicate flavours of proper chocolate without over roasting it. This brings out the natural tart and aroma of the cacao beans that are grown specifically in regions across Malaysia.
These hydrosols and essential oils adds a very distinct flavour and aroma to the marmalade.
We create a chocolate that is only 85% Dark Chocolate for this recipe so that we would produce a hazelnut spread (gianduja) that is less sweet and very intensely flavoured with chocolate and roasted hazelnut aroma.

We do not add any preservatives to our products therefore it is important that you use a clean apoon for each scoop. Please refrain from getting the spread wet which could result in mold growth.

We do not add oil, emulsifiers and butter to our spread. The may cause oil separation from the hazelnuts but it is easily prevented by stirring before use. It is what makes our gianduja spread liquidy as there are NO thickeners in it. It is not recommended to store in the refrigerator as the spread will harden (because of having pure chocolate in it) and it would be difficult to scoop and spread. if you do want to keep it in the refrigerator, please take it out 5-10 minutes before scooping to soften the spread slightly.

Use it not only for your morning toasts but also, pancakes, sandwiches, waffles, muffins, cake fillings, icecream topping, glaze for cakes, on boring crackers, flavoured mousses, sweetener for coffee/tea and even plain hot water to make a hot chocolate drink!

Keep opened and unopened gianduja spread jars refrigerated bellow 5°c for better flavour and shelf life. Take it out 5-10mins in room temperature before using.

Our Peanut Butter is made fresh. We roast them and grind them by order. We use Shandong peanuts which have the creamiest texture when leaving it to rest a day or two after roasting it. We then proceed to grind it with a stone grinder for a whole day. This makes the peanut butter temperature not rise too much to destroy the aroma and this extracts the oil from the peanuts to make it still soft and spreadable even after being taken our directly from the refrigerator. We DO NOT ADD SUGAR to our peanut butter but only 1% kosher salt to enhance the flavour of the peanut butter. More taste, less calories and all for a good price. healthy does not have to be expensive.

We DO NOT USE any emulsifiers such as wax or hydrogenated oils/vegetable fats to stabilize the peanut butter, therefore product has to be kept refrigerated below 5°c. We also do not add preservatives so to ensure product last longer, please use a clean spoon for every delicious scoop.
We also do not add any kind of additional oils to our peanut butter. The liquidity of the peanut butter comes from our roasting temperature and stone grinding, long and slow.

Use it not only for your morning toasts but also, pancakes, sandwiches, salad dressings, waffles, muffins, cake fillings, icecream topping, sweet sour spicy sauces, sate sauce, on boring crackers, flavoured mousses, on slices of apples/banana, French toasts, combine with melted dark chocolate for a peanut butter styled "nutella" that you can sweeten with honey and even enjoy it plain on the largest tablespoon you have.

Ingredients: Shandong Peanuts and 1% Kosher Salt.

Keep opened and unopened peanut butter jars refrigerated bellow 5°c.
Requires refrigeration bellow 5°c to maintain natural colour, texture and aroma during storage and once opened. We do not add any artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives to our peanut butter.
