This Is Not a Picnic Serving you delicious pizza & gourmet burger (for now) and more to come in the future! TINAP was founded in April, 2014. We started off at Grand Old Lady, Miri.

It was nothing serious, we just needed something to do during our free time and earn extra pocket money! Catering and serving all who hung out there during the night, we made a lot of new friends and regulars. TINAP is short for This Is Not a Picnic. We got our name, the first day we opened up the stall. For the first one hour, no one came to buy our food, when suddenly a guy asked us, "Is this a picnic?", it immediately hit us, oh no, that explains it all! Our co-founders, Dylan and Daphne took out a marker pen, and wrote on a beer box crate,

THIS IS NOT A PICNIC! Right there, it change it all. We are finally open for business.
