"Back in the 90s, my first taste of pizza was at Kerabu House Cafe inside Temenggung Hotel — an authentic Italian pizza that changed everything. 🥺 That place became my benchmark, and during my internship there, the owner taught me the art of making it with his own hands.
Today, the cafe and its owner are gone... but my longing for that taste never faded. So I made it myself — my Hawaiian Supreme, just like how it was back then. 🍕
Grilled fresh chicken, grilled sausage, grilled capsicum, button mushrooms, pineapple, black & white pepper — all topped with a blend of stretchy mozzarella and cheddar. And the sauce? Homemade with fresh tomatoes, just like the original Italian recipe.
When I take a bite, I feel tears welling up — it’s the taste of sweet memories, of a time when pizza wasn’t 'watered down' to fit every palate. This is the real pizza experience.
Come taste it for yourself. 12-inch (8 slices) for around RM35. "
