Our Gulab Jamun & Chocolate Mousse Trifle, captured by the lovely photographer — or should we say, whatever was left by the time the photographer arrived. 😬😂

But honestly, we’ll take this as the best kind of compliment. 🥹❤️ When the desserts disappear faster than we can photograph them, we know we’ve done something right.

Not because we didn’t want to do the event.

They contacted us at the very last minute, and we genuinely weren’t sure we could pull it off while maintaining our quality.

After a lot of planning (and a little bit of panic 😅), we made it happen.

Seeing their reaction at the end reminded us why we sometimes go the extra mile.

We don’t recommend leaving it until the last minute… but we’re so glad this one worked out. 🤍
