Our top seller.. Mama NourA’s mixed platter consists of ~ Alhamis, Chicken and Lamb Kebab, Hummus served with Salad, Fries & Lebanon Bread!

Alhamis is a flavourful Algerian appetizer made from grilled hot and sweet peppers, ripe tomatoes, garlic and a generous drizzle of olive oil. The peppers are fire-roasted to bring out their smoky aroma then mashed together with the other ingredients to create a vibrant, chunky dip. Best eaten with one of our fresh breads!

Hummus, another favourite appetizer is a creamy, wholesome dip made from blended chickpeas, tahini (sesame paste), fresh lemon juices, garlic and olive oil.

Algerian Lamb & Chicken Kebab ~ tender marinated meat grilled to perfection with North African spices - bold, juicy and full of flavor!
