But slightly different with original jjajangmyoen taste as
It is Mixed with Korean chilli sauce.

Good balanced
Mild and savoury taste from jjajang
And it has a kick at the end .

We made it with 4 different types of HOT CHILLI PEPPER POWDERS and FRESH CHILLIS 🌶

It’s totally different taste with the fermented kimchi with sour taste that most of people have tried 😀

It’s good go with steamed rice or non spicy dry noodles 😃

We make this kimchi only little portions two times in a week for avoiding fermentation 😊

For one box ( about 300g )
